About Us

Jason is certified by both the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Home Inspector Licensing Program, and by the State of Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, as a Licensed Home Inspector. Both require that persons performing home inspections in the State attend Board-approved training and pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE).

Jason obtained his training at American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT), earning that institute’s certification.  He attained passing score in National Home Inspector Examination.

Jason is member in good standing of InterNACHI – International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and, has earned Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) credential. Jason continuously builds his knowledge and skills in the industry by way of continuing education courses, attaining specialty certifications and active participation in several Home Inspector professional associations.

In addition to his being a trained home inspector, Jason has 25+ years of experience in residential construction and remodeling, providing for increased awareness of potential concerns.
