  We used Dwelling Check LLC to inspect our home before purchase. Jason arrived on time and was more than professional, thorough and personable. He did not rush through the inspection and stopped whenever I had a question (there were quite a few). He explained in detail the homes appliances/utilities workings and recommended maintenance procedures. I was more than satisfied with the inspection and grateful for the knowledge I gained to keep everything working properly. The report was thorough with highlighted color photos to point out discrepancies and corrective actions needed. I highly recommend Dwelling Check LLC and Jason.

  Jason and Bridget are outstanding to work with. They communicate promptly through phone calls and text and made the home inspection process very simple. Jason is extremely diligent in looking within and without the home to make me aware of all of the issues big and small, and knowledgeable in providing next steps to address issues.
