We are a full service, trained and licensed home inspections provider in Southwest Florida specializing in Buyer inspections and qualified to provide many additional inspection services. Dwelling Check launched in Brookville, IN, in April 2018 and relocated to Ft. Myers, FL, January 2021, licensed to operate in both states.

What sets us apart
Jason and Bridget Kersey are co-owners of Dwelling Check Home Inspections, each a pro in their own right. Jason is AHIT trained and holds InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector credential, having passed National Home Inspector Exam, with years of practical, hands-on experience behind him. Bridget manages all business operations with expertise gained in long career spent in corporate administration. Being independent and privately-owned Jason and Bridget are able to provide truly personalized service.
